Ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, caramel/cinnamon rolls, coffee, milk, juice.

Cost: Age 13+ $15.00 / Age 6-12 is $10.00 / Age 5 and under is FREE!

Bake Sale, Craft Sale, Used Book/Puzzle Sale, and Silent Auction from 8am-12:30pm

Kids Games 9am-11:30pm

Raffle Drawing will be at 12:30pm in the gym

SILENT AUCTION: Please keep the Silent Auction in mind as you do your shopping, crafting and sewing these next few weeks. This has always been an important part of Harvestfest and we need a nice variety of items to make it a success. Please remember that the minimum bid on all items is $25 so your donations should reasonably be expected to bring that much (if your item is worth considerably more, you can request that we start with a higher opening bid). BOOK/PUZZLE SALE: Anyone wishing to contribute books or puzzles, we are looking for used, but in good condition kids or adult books, paperback or hard cover (NO textbooks or encyclopedias) and gently used puzzles. Drop off to Renee Pecenka at 606 16th Ave in Gilbertville (put in the walk-in garage door).

CRAFT SALE: We are asking our local artists, crafts people, woodworkers, needlecrafters, stitchers, jewelry makers, textile crafters, etc., to donate some of their handcrafted creations to the craft table this year. We can make the craft table an attraction for shoppers to purchase unique items for themselves or one-of-a-kind items for gift giving. Please consider the craft table when working on your fall and holiday orders. If you have any questions regarding the craft table, contact Erin Hogan at 319-830-1672.

BAKE SALE: All parish families are asked to donate $5 worth of baked goods or $10 cash. All kinds of goodies are desired - pies, cookies, bars, unique treats, etc. If baked goods have nuts, please note. Drop off at St. Mary Center on Saturday, Oct. 17th from 8-11am or after the 4pm Mass.

RAFFLE TICKETS:  Harvestfest raffle tickets for each parish family will be left in the back of IC Church to pick up as soon as possible. The ticket price and list of prizes can be found on the tickets. Raffle tickets may be turned in at Harvestfest, to the parish office, or in the collection basket at Mass. Need not be present to win.
