We are currently looking for donations for our Raffle, Silent Auction, Kids Games, and Book/Puzzle Sale!

Silent Auction - starting bid must be $25 or higher for each item, so consider the price point when brainstorming for ideas! Contact Kathy Hadley t 319-269-7942 with donations.

Kids Games - we need donations for goody bags! Kids buy a wristband for $5 and play games all morning and when they are done, they get a goody bag filled with treats and prizes!  If you'd like to donate items for these bags, we are looking for things such as: small toys, cars/trucks, hairbands, coloring books, crayons, markers, individually wrapped candy or treats, small bags of chips/treats, puzzles/games, juice boxes, new small stuffed animals, toys, small balls, etc. - whatever you think kids ages 3-12 would like! To donate, please drop off items to the parish office during regular hours before October 14th so we know what we have to fill the bags, otherwise we buy items to put into the bags. To save on expenses, your donations are greatly appreciated! We will be buying 100+ goody bags (they all need to be the same) so anyone wishing to contribute money to cover this expense would be great. Book/Puzzle Sale - anyone wishing to contribute books, puzzles or games......we are looking for  used, but in good condition kids or adult books, paperback or hardcover (NO textbooks or encyclopedias) and gently used games and puzzles. Drop off donations at Renee Pecenka's house 606 16th Avenue, Gilbertville (put in walk-in garage door).
